- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY -
100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Full Refund till 31st May 2024
- 75% Refund till 31st July 2024
- 50% refund till 31st August 2024
- No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after 01st September 2024.
All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Registration for the conference is compulsory for all type of participation.
- Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
- Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fill-up properly.
